My name is Benn McKinley, and I am a second-generation business owner. Our family’s journey began in 1979 with the opening of the Iron Bridge Inn, a humble dive bar. Over the years, my father grew the business into a thriving restaurant group, expanding to eight locations that span from casual dining to white-tablecloth fine dining. I am incredibly proud to carry on this legacy.

I hold a culinary degree from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado. Beyond my formal education, I’ve gained invaluable experience working in restaurants across Denver and spent 15 years climbing the ranks in our family business. From dishwashing and bussing to executive chef, general manager, and corporate management, I’ve held a variety of roles before ultimately becoming president and the primary owner of Springfield Restaurant Group.

I am committed to preserving our family’s values while embracing innovation to ensure our continued success. Every day, I strive to honor the hard work and dedication that built this company, while creating new opportunities for growth and community impact.
